Horseradish and Nasturtium for Chronic Urinary Tract Infections

Horseradish and Nasturtium may reduce recurrent urinary tract infections

A 2007 study found that horseradish and nasturtium significantly reduced recurrent urinary tract infections compared to placebo over 90 days in people with chronic recurrent urinary tract infections. Another 2023 study found this same herbal combination improved symptoms of bronchitis compared to placebo. Horseradish and nasturtium may cause digestive or other side effects.
